Apparently the blog is a hit in Antofagasta Chile of all places, and by a hit i mean looked at a little bit. Why is this I am not sure but its pretty cool. We got back on the bikes today, the sun was shining and it was a beautiful day so we didn't waste it. I am so fucking sore i need to get back in shape. I probably won't be able to walk tomorrow but it was worth it, so much fun. It was a little cold at the end and my face and ass are still cold and numb but thats not such a bad thing, remember pain in weekness leaving the body (i am sure some big MMA type D-Bag said that). Thanks to twitter.com/JLOBAYBEE and Daskew for a great day. I cant wait to do it again

OG Willy Wonka
So I watched the original 1971 Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory today and it reminded me of all the bickering i had with many people (mostly the young ones) about how the new Tim Burton Johnny Depp version is better. This is absolute bull shit, The 1971 version is one of the greatest films of our time, the strange humor and almost acid trip vibe the entire movie has will never be topped. I love Tim Burton movies they are some of my favorites and Johnny Depp is one of my favorite actors, but I am sure if you asked Burton himself he wouldn't think his film was better either. The visuals and all the special effects of the newer film are great and everything that was done was great and I am sure all the ten year old's out their will love their version just as much as I love mine. But all in all you can't fix what isn't broken. Go ahead and rewrite the bible or repaint the Mona Lisa maybe you can do it better. So please if you disagree please by all means post a comment telling me I am wrong and I will unleash a verbal assault upon you, if you dare.

I went to Jerrys for breakfast today and it was epic. I was going to get the big jerry until I saw the breakfast specials, just about anything for $4.99. I opted for the waffle and it was really good. Breakfast serverd daily til 10:30 later on the weekends.

Andy Warhol
I went to a Andy Warhol Exhibit at Union Station (Kansas City) and it was more then I could have imagined. The thing that struck me the most was the size of the work, Hugh might be an understatement, and the colors were so bright and vibrant I was totally blown away. The Exhibit ended January 18th so if you ever get a chance to see this in person it is well worth the price of admission ($15).

Groundhog Day
